The residences are arranged across three levels.

Ground Floor
Three bedrooms are located on this level, two with en-suite bathrooms and one using a bathroom outside the room. One bedroom has an independent entrance. All areas have direct access to the landscaped outdoor space, the private pool, and the garden. A corridor with a washing machine is also located on this level.

First Floor (Main Entrance Level)
The living room with an energy-efficient fireplace, sofas, and armchairs is located here, along with the fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for eight guests. The living room opens to a furnished terrace, connected by an external staircase to the garden, pool, and jacuzzi. A WC is also located on this level.

Second Floor
One bedroom with a bathroom and a small private balcony is located at the highest point of the residence, offering open views.
